CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE

Dear clients,

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if you do not attend your appointment without notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

As a small salon, last minute cancellations have a significant impact on our business. They also prevent us from offering those appointment times to clients on our waiting list who would have been happy to take them.
